RICHMOND — The Richmond Planning and Zoning Commission has scheduled a special-called meeting 5 p.m. Friday to conduct a public hearing and consider two proposed amendments of the city’s zoning ordinance. One amendment will consider permissible businesses in the city’s historic district, and the other would list funeral homes as conditional uses within B-1, B-2 and B-3 zones.
The meeting will take place in the auditorium of City Hall, 239 W. Main St.
