Second graders Abigayle Quinn brushes the teeth of a stuffed dinosaur as Joshua McCue and Abby Agee, to her left, along with other classmates pay close attention. Dental hygiene was one of eight emphases Monday during a health fair at Kit Carson Elementary conducted by health students from Madison Central High School. The elementary students also heard about the importance of hand washing, good nutrition, exercise, water safety, fire safety, combating bullying and avoiding illegal drugs.
