Phyllis McKeehan Shuttleworth, 56, passed away peacefully on Nov. 30, 2012.

Services for Phyllis will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Harrod Brothers Funeral Home, Frankfort. Visitation will be at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 5 to 9 p.m.

Phyllis was a former teacher at Model Lab High School.

Expressions of sympathy are suggested to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Kentucky.
