RICHMOND —
Andrew Morris Byrd, 14, Richmond (formerly of Campton) tragically departed this life Saturday, Oct. 27, 2012.
He was the beloved son of Jeremiah Byrd of Taylor Mill, Ky., and Jenny Nickell of Campton, Ky. He was a brother to Cody Byrd of Campton.
Other survivors include: his paternal grandparents, Tom and Connie Cheek Byrd of Richmond; his maternal grandfather, Doug Nickell and wife, Becky, of Campton; his paternal great-grandmother, Shirley Cheek of Connersville, Ind.; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Andrew was an eighth grade student at the B. Michael Caudill Middle School in Richmond.
Funeral services were conducted on Friday, Nov. 2, at Porter and Son Funeral Home at Campton with Bro. Paul Pence Jr. officiating. Burial followed in the Hazel Green Cemetery in Hazel Green.
