RICHMOND — Ora Garnet Lainhart, 95, widow of Elmer Lainhart, passed away Sunday, February 24, 2013.

She was born on October 20, 1917, in Estill County, Ky., the daughter of the late Wade and Rhoda Shepherd Richardson.

Mrs. Lainhart was a homemaker who loved quilting and made many quilts throughout her life. She was a member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church in Estill County.

Survivors include: three sons, Richard Lainhart, Donnie Lainhart (Phyllis) and Teddy Lainhart; two daughters, Judy Parido (Paul) and Sue Eden (Donald); one sister, Henrilla Thomas; 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by three children, Elmer Clyde Lainhart, Phillip Lainhart and Wanda Lainhart.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2013, at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home with Bro. Sherel Thomas officiating.

Burial will follow in the Red Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Greg Lainhart, Tyler Lainhart, Mitchell Eden, Chris Eden, Tim Eden and Joshua Mullins.
