Gene “Cowboy” Little, 53, of Berea, died Sunday, November 22, 2009, in Richmond. He was a native of Madison County and was a truck driver. He loved to hunt, fish, and go camping.
Mr. Little is survived by: his loving wife, Patricia Ann Little of Berea; sons, Joshua (Stacy) Little of Mt. Vernon, Ky., and James (Stephanie) Hicks of Berea; daughters, Sherri Banks of Irvine and Jennifer Money of Richmond; father, Granville Little of Tollesboro, Ky.; stepmother, Christa Little of Tollesboro, Ky.; 5 grandchildren, Jesse Riddell, Latasha and Joshua Hall, Tyler Money and Lori Lynn Harris. A very special friend, Leroy Marcum, also survives.
He was preceded in death by: his mother, Margaret King Little; mother-in-law, Sara Louise Comley; and nephew, Douglas Blanton Lamb.
Funeral services for Mr. Little will be Wednesday, November 25, 2009, at Davis & Powell Funeral Home. Burial will follow in McIntosh Cemetery in Richmond. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of the service on Wednesday.
Pallbearers will be James Hicks, Anthony Sturgill, Jesse Riddell, John Canada, Mitchell Wren and David McKinney.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the funeral home to cover expenses.

Funeral services will be Monday, Feb. 13, 2012, at Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home. Visitation will be 2 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 12, 2012 at the same place.
