Joseph B. Howard, 84, of Tates Creek Road, Richmond, died Thursday, Nov. 19, 2009, in the Compassionate Care Center.
He was born in Madison County, Ky., Sept. 3, 1924, the son of Leroy and Lula Comley Howard. He was a retired electrician and farmer and a veteran of World War II.
Survivors include: three sons, Joseph T. Howard (Donna) of Richmond, Darryl Howard of Richmond and Samuel Howard of Lancaster; four grandchildren, Patricia Ann Howard, Joseph Corbin Howard, Jo Ann Disney and Janie Howard Busby; and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 21, 2009, at Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home. There will be no services.
