Clarence Richard “Rick” Wine, 59, passed away suddenly Sunday, November 15, 2009, in Pattie A. Clay Regional Medical Center.
Clarence was a native of Corbin, Ky., a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam Conflict and an employee of the Harrod Concrete Company.
Private family services will be conducted.
