David Coy King, 61, of Brighton, Mich., formerly of Richmond, Ky., passed away October 23, 2009 at the University of Michigan Hospital.
He was born December 7, 1947, the son of William and Mary (Walls) King, and the grandson of the late Rev. Milt and Lucinda King.
He was survived by: his wife, Frances Lyda King; two daughters, Sheila Adams (Arnold) and Brenda Riley; sister Betty Lou Masters (Neal); brother, Tom King (Patsy); four grandchildren, Felicia Reeves, Amber and Sonny Riley, and Allison Adams; one great-granddaughter, Aubrey Reeves; five step-daughters and their families in Michigan; nieces and nephews and many cousins.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, grandparents and brother, Billy King.
He was buried on October 26, 2009, in the Brighton Hills Cemetery in Brighton, Mich.
