Rick Hensley, 48, of Richmond, passed away Saturday evening, November 17, 2012, in the Hospice Compassionate Care Center of Richmond.
He was born April 16, 1964, in Corbin, Kentucky, to the late Fred and Ellen Marie Faulkner Hensley. He was a flooring subcontractor for Anderson Carpet and loved riding his motorcycle. Rick was a member of Victory World Outreach Center of Richmond.
Survivors include his wife, Earlene Sivley Hensley of Richmond; three children, Bobbie Kemper (Jack) of Richmond, Billy Gabbard (fiancee, Ashley Rockstead) of Illinois, and Charlsie G. Neria (Roberto) of Irvine; two brothers, Freddy Hensley (Heather) and Sam Hensley, both of Richmond; one sister, Sharon Bryant (Nathan) of London; one sister-in-law, Barbara Powell; seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Celebration of Life service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, November 24, 2012, at the Victory World Outreach Center with Pastor Philip Holman officiating. Visitation was Monday at Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home.

He was born April 25, 1926, in Madison County, Ky., the son of the late Cleveland Perkins Sr., and Lena Lowery Perkins.
Mr. Perkins was a member of the Fountain Park Church of God. He was a U.S. Army Veteran who served in WWII and served as constable in the 8th district from 1957-1961. -

She was born on May 6, 1931, in Berea, Kentucky, and lovingly raised by her paternal grandparents, Ella and Harry Lamb. She was the daughter of the late Harrison Oswald Lamb who died when Betty was a child. -
