Keren Poulter, 43

RICHMOND — Keren Margaret Poulter, 43, of Richmond, passed away Friday, March 12, 2010, in Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington.

She was born in Wombwell, England, on September 27, 1966, and held her Master's degree in social work. She was an employee of the Community Action Council at Millersburg, and attended the First United Methodist Church of Richmond.

Survivors include: her parents, Philip Malcolm and Anne Elizabeth Kathleen (Wood) Poulter of Richmond; her grandmother, May Wood of England; her siblings, Philip (Connie) Poulter, Jr., of New Port Richie, Fla., Kathy (Greg) Walkenhorst of Burlington, Ky., and Stephen (Jennifer) Poulter of Richfield, Wisc.; and her special nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly, Brent Rose, Barry Rose, Philip Malcolm Poulter III, Nate Poulter, Faith Poulter, Benjamin Poulter, Evan Walkenhorst and Lauren Walkenhorst.

A celebration of her life will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 16, 2010, at Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home, with Gene Strange officiating. The family will receive friends after 1 p.m. Tuesday.

    Imogene Perkins Halstead born March 23, 1928, died Feb. 8, 2012, at the age of 83. She passed away peacefully in The Terrace after a long illness. She had made her home in Berea, was a member of the Westside Baptist Church, and was the widow of Edwin Walter Halstead.

    Etta Ree Golden, 98, of Russell Springs, died on Thursday, Feb. 9, 2012, at Twin Oaks Assisted Living in New Castle. She is survived by one sister and two brothers of Richmond. Funeral services will be Monday, Feb. 13, 2012, at Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home. Visitation will be 2 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 12, 2012 at the same place.
