Cecil “Tommy” Ray McHone, 65

RICHMOND — Cecil “Tommy” Ray McHone age 65 of Berea, passed away Friday March 12, 2010.

Tommy was born in Rockcastle  County, Kentucky to the late Carlos McHone and Lula Belle Durham McHone.  He was a self employed farmer.

In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by one sister Geneva Durham and three brothers Arnold McHone, Burton McHone and Lloyd Lee McHone.

He is survived by his children Carla Rae McHone, Tony Lee McHone, Cecil Wayne McHone and Tracy Shane McHone, their mother Marcella Spears, his brothers and sisters Mayfre Newhart, Mary Adams, Lawrence McHone, Allen Alexander, Donald Alexander, Jimmy Alexander, Cathy Johnson, Linda Alexander Pleasant, Jerry Alexander, Larry Alexander and Roger Alexander, 8 grandchildren Candice McHone, Jeremy Reed, Justin Reed, Sasha McHone, Shane McHone, Kelly McHone, Kara McHone and Kayla McHone and 8 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 1pm Tuesday March 16, 2010 at Lakes Funeral Home with the burial following in the Davis Witt  Cemetery.  Visitation will be Monday evening from 6-9 pm at the funeral home.

Active pallbearers will be Tony McHone, Cecil McHone, Jeremy Reed, Johnny Adams, Larry Alexander and Roger Alexander.  Honorary bearers will be Tracy McHone, Daniel Thacker and Justin Reed.
