RICHMOND —
James Donald Plummer, 77, of Richmond, husband of Wanda Turpin Plummer, passed away Monday, Jan. 21, 2013.
His funeral will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Big Hill Christian Church. Burial will follow in the Madison Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be after 10 a.m. Saturday at the church.
