Ed Miracle, 83

Richmond

RICHMOND — Ed Miracle, 83, died January 10, 2012, in Richmond, Ky.

He was born in Bell County, Kentucky, July 29, 1929, the son of the late Theodore and Mary Wilson Miracle.

He is survived by: his wife, Donna Tolliver Miracle; daughter Michele and her husband Dennis and their daughter Melissa; son Glen and his wife Reese and their daughters, Ashley and husband Jeremy Lapato, Heather, Summer, Carrie and her husband Rick Mason and their son, Archer.

He was a teacher and a coach at Jenkins, Lynch and Madison County high schools.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:30 p.m. Monday, January 14, at Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home; visiting from 11 a.m. Monday until the time of service.

Pallbearers are Ron Eden, Doug Vescio, Joe Washington, Mike Halcomb, Mike O’Bradovica, Kenny Roberts, Gary Ford and Frankie Vicini.

Honorary pallbearers are Red Sellers, Al Feher, Verlin Dossett, former players, managers, coaches, colleagues and golf partners.

The family suggests contributions be made to Ed Miracle Scholarship Foundation, PO Box 1644, Richmond, KY 40476
