Winnifred Katherine Moberly, 52

Richmond

RICHMOND — Winnifred Katherine Moberly, 52, of Richmond, died Saturday in the St. Joseph hospital of Lexington.

She was born in Madison County on Sept. 1, 1960. She was employed by Aramark Corp. as a cashier at the EKU Food Court and was a member of the Waco Baptist Church.

Winnifred is survived by: her husband, Randall Moberly; one son, Joshua Moberly; one daughter, Amber Moberly; her father, Jesse Paul Alcorn (Katherine); her mother, Lula Hensley Humphrey; three brothers, Eugene Hensley, Kelly Alcorn and Claude Humphrey; five sisters, Naomi Thomure, Natalie Alcorn, Macie Lainhart, Jackie Alcorn and Melissa Compton; her mother-in-law, Shirley Anderson; as well as a host of other family and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, January 9, 2013, at the Waco Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Richmond Cemetery.  

Visitation will be at the church Wednesday from 11 a.m.  until service time.

Pallbearers will be: Logan Cain, Jacob Barnes, Johnathan Alcorn, Kelly Alcorn, John Thomure and Terry Moberly.

Honorary pallbearers will be: Michael Cain, Claude Humphrey Jennifer Whitamore and Brandie Cain.

    Cleveland “June” Perkins Jr., 87, husband of 63 years to Ima Jean Horn Perkins, died Monday, May 20, 2013.
    He was born April 25, 1926, in Madison County, Ky., the son of the late Cleveland Perkins Sr., and Lena Lowery Perkins.
    Mr. Perkins was a member of the Fountain Park Church of God. He was a U.S. Army Veteran who served in WWII and served as constable in the 8th district from 1957-1961.

    She was born on May 6, 1931, in Berea, Kentucky, and lovingly raised by her paternal grandparents, Ella and Harry Lamb. She was the daughter of the late Harrison Oswald Lamb who died when Betty was a child.

    Mrs. Lange was born in Winchester, Ky., on Sept. 18, 1939, to the late J.B. and Ruth Esther Black Hatton.
