RICHMOND —
Juanita “Edith” Reynolds, 88, wife of William Edward Reynolds, died early Thursday morning, March 14, 2013.
Mrs. Reynolds was born March 1, 1925, in Madison County, Ky., the daughter of the late James and Mida Chasteen Shaw. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Richmond and served as a waitress at Ma Kelly’s Restaurant.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Kathy Reynolds, Richmond; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by four brothers: Jess, Ed, Arthur and Luther Shaw, and two sisters: Frances Lane and Nellie Short.
Funeral services will be conducted 3 p.m., Saturday, March 16, 2013, at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home with Bro. Adam Smith officiating.
Visitation will be from 2 to 3 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Paul, Harold, Don, Marion, Lewis and Russell Lane.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice Care Plus, 208 Kidd Drive, Berea, KY 40403.
