Judy VanWinkle, 64

VanWinkle, Judy May, (nee: Scott), 64, of Lebanon, Ohio, died Monday, July 6, 2009. Born May 17, 1945 in Batesville, Ind., to Robert M. and Bessie May (nee: Smith) Scott, she was employed at Cedars of Lebanon Nursing Home for the past 20 years as an LPN.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her son, Donald Moss Winkler and her husband, Lloyd VanWinkle. Survivors include: her significant other, James Stepp of Lebanon, Ohio; one son, Colten Endicott of Lebanon; one grandson, Troy VanWinkle of Berea; four brothers, Robert (Wanda) Scott of Franklin, Ohio, Roger (Sandra) Scott of Jamestown, Ohio, Paul (Donna) Scott of Havlock, N.C. and Richard (Renee) Scott of Lebanon, Ohio, seven nephews, Robert E., Mark, Randy, Rich, Philip, Travis and Dylan Scott, and nine nieces, Kimberly Hendricks, Monica Hutcheson, Dawn Dick, Cindy Scott, Lisa Parker, Kelly Martin, Jody Case, Jenny Wood and Emily Scott.

Visitation will be Thursday, July 9, 2009, from 6 to 8 p.m. with funeral service immediately following, all at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon, Ohio. Interment will be Friday, July 10, 2009, at 1 p.m. at the Richmond Cemetery in Richmond, Ky.

All friends and family can show condolences at graveside service.
