GIRLS GOLF: Lady Indians top Creek, Model

RICHMOND — The Madison Central girls golf team remained undefeated on the season by defeating Model and Tates Creek in a tri-match Thursday at Arlington Country Club.

The Lady Indians shot a season low 187. Model finished with a score of 257 and Tates Creek shot a 217.

Tristyn Nowlin had one eagle and one birdie and finished with a score of 37 to lead Central. Mackenzie Neal carded three birdies and finished with a 39. Tori Harvey shot a 54, Mattie Jo Neeley shot a 57, Emily Ridings shot a 58 and Paige Stamper shot a 60.

The Central girls golf team is set to return to action Saturday at the Madison County Invitational at Battlefield.
