Herald finishes fourth on Musselman-Dunne tour


Richmond’s Adam Herald finished a successful summer on the Musselman-Dunne Golf Tour by finishing fourth in the final points standings in the championship boys division.

In the division, Bryan Ratterman of Louisville finished the season with the most points (1,640), while Joseph Hayden was second (1,350) and Todd McDaniel was third (1,335). Herald won several events, including one at Gibson Bay in Richmond, and finished with 1,268 points.

Stuart Witt, also of Richmond, had 772.50 points this season and finished in ninth place. Kyle Congleton racked up 55 points and finished the summer in 38th place in the boys championship division.

In the men’s college division, former Eastern Kentucky University golfer Jesse Massie finished in fifth place after accumulating 900 points. EKU freshman Brian Fister had 835 points and finished seventh.

In the boys’ 16-18-year-old division, Richmond’s Brad Newman finished 26th after racking up 217.50 points this summer.

In the boys’ 14-15-year-old division, Richmond’s Zack Lewis finished in 27th place after accumulating 192.5 points.

In the college women’s division, former Madison Southern standout and current Union College golfer Tiffany Willis finished fourth after racking up 375 points.
