RICHMOND — Richmond police officers talk to a person at the scene of a two-car accident Friday afternoon at Big Hill Avenue and East Main Street. One car had been struck broadside on the driver’s side while a nearby white car sustained damage to its front end. EMS workers transported one person to the hospital. Richmond police officers blocked one lane of traffic while workers cleaned up debris in the road.
