RICHMOND —
Eligible voters have until Dec. 3 to vote on the Farm Service Agency County Committee Election ballot, which were mailed out on Nov. 5.
Ballots can be returned by mail or votes can be cast in person at the FSA office.
The County Committee members are in charge of delivering local FSA programs. The newly elected members will take office Jan. 1, 2013.

Ann Laurence has been named publisher of the Richmond Register, succeeding Nick Lewis, who held the post for the previous eight and a half years.
