RICHMOND — Madison Central High School hosted its 26th annual tournament of bands on Saturday. This was the first time the tournament had taken place on the artificial surfaces of the school’s new $4.6 million stadium complex. Ten bands were scheduled to perform, including some of the best in the state. Bands came from as far as Grant County to the north, Russell County to the south and Lee County to the east, as well as from Lexington and elsewhere.
