RICHMOND — Members of the Madison County and Richmond fire departments decorated the Christmas tree Friday in front of the Madison County Courthouse in Richmond. A tree-lighting ceremony will be at 6 p.m. Dec. 7 just prior to the Richmond Christmas parade at 7 p.m.
