Bobby G. Hoskins, 44, of McDaniel Avenue, was arrested Monday after police allege he rented out several units in an apartment complex on McDaniel Avenue and kept the security deposits and rent for himself.
According to Richmond Police Department spokesman Sgt. Willard Reardon, Hoskins was employed by the property owner as a maintenance man.

He was charged with theft by failure to make required disposition and arrested at his residence. He was lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.
