Party like its 1773
About 100 people attend Friday evening’s Taxed Enough Already (TEA) party outside the Madison County Courthouse which included four speakers and special music. Topics addressed at the anti-tax rally included the president’s proposal to increase the federal government’s control of medical care and the “Cap and Trade” bill. The TEA parties are a reference to the 1773 Boston Tea Party.
