        Richmond’s historic First Street will soon have a new building to replace four that were demolished last year, giving Madison Family Court a new home with more than twice as much space.&lt;br class="zc-v4-fix" /&gt;&lt;br class="zc-v4-fix" /&gt; Construction of the 16,600 square-foot building, at a cost of about $700,000, should be complete by April 5, according to developer Michael Eaves. Family court currently is housed in the 6,162 square-foot Farris Parks Courthouse Annex next door at the corner of Main and North First streets.
