Under a redistricting plan released Tuesday by the House of Representatives’ Democratic leadership, Madison County would be divided into four districts, with Rep. Jonathan Shell, R-Lancaster, who currently represents much of rural Madison County put into a new district covering Garrard and Boyle counties.
