Water from an old underground coal mine behind Ricky Handshoe's house runs toxic Wednesday June 27, 2012 in Hueyville. The mine runs underneath a mountaintop mine and rockslide. The water, running at a very low pH level and with a high concentration of metals, kills all life coming in contact with it.
