Waco Elementary School fifth-grader Shamus Pape makes sure classmate Jada Morgan comes to a complete stop Wednesday while riding through an obstacle course during a bicycle safety rodeo brought to the school by Kosair Children’s Hospital in Louisville. The event helped teach bicycle safety to the school’s third, fourth and fifth-graders.
