The Madison County Historical Society is circulating a petition calling on fiscal court to save two historic properties it owns, the Miller House, left, and the Old Creamery, which the county recently acquired. The society also is calling for appointment of a committee to study restoration and reuse of the buildings, two of the oldest in Richmond.
