A Blue Grass Army Depot worker helps guide a flow of concrete that will serve as the base for a building included in the Blue Grass Chemical Agent Destruction Pilot Plant. After delays caused by cold weather and an ice storm, placement of more than 300 cubic yards of concrete was completed on Feb. 7, according to Terry Stroschein, BGCAPP resident engineer, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
